What to Expect at your First Visit
Upon entering our office, you will be greeted by our friendly and professional office staff. We will ask you to complete our New Patient Forms that may be conveniently found on our website. This provides us with the helpful information we need to treat you to our highest capacity.
Next, you consult with a member of our healthcare team during your Initial Evaluation depending on the type of care necessary. You will discuss your health-related problems, concerns, and potential treatment options. This initial visit is designed for our clinicians to learn more about you, your condition, and expectations to determine how Chiropractic and/or Physical Therapy care can meet your goals.
After your consultation, we will perform a complete examination testing your strength, reflexes and flexibility. Other standard neurological, orthopedic, postural, and physical tests will be performed as well. However, nothing will be done in our office without your permission.
Once the information is collected and examinations are performed, we will provide you with a detailed report of all findings and answer any questions you may have including: How can we help you? How often do you need to see us? And what will your treatment cost?

Please arrive a 10-15 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork and consent forms.
INSURANCE
We provide complimentary insurance benefit verification as a courtesy. We will collect copays, deductibles, coinsurance, or other estimated patient responsibility based on the information provided by your insurance copmany at the time of serice. However, benefit information is not a guarantee of payment or coverage. Your insurance company ultimately determines coverage and patient responsibility, it is a contract between you and your insurance carrier.
