Lower Crossed Syndrome
January 24, 2022A common condition that we see in the office is the lower crossed syndrome, which is often the result of prolonged sitting leading to muscular imbalance. If I Wear Out My Body Where Am I Going To Live?
December 02, 2019Have you ever thought about the wear and tear your body goes through on a daily basis? To me, being a chiropractic practitioner, this is an interesting thought. Like many of you, nearly every day my body experiences varying degrees of stress and strain, over and above the normal forces that our body must deal with, like gravity, for example. Even if you sit at a desk all day, there are still stresses and forces at work on a continual basis that our bodies must react to and withstand in order for our bodies to function.
